We’re fortunate enough to sell coffee with knowledge of the grower himself. We sell Sergio Romero’s coffee with his name on the bag because we are directly supporting Sergio and his tireless work in Honduras’ mountains. Sergio’s coffee is full of flavor, with notes of candied yam, coriander, and raisin. When roasted to a darker level, the coffee exhibits a unique bittersweetness. Grown at 1600 MSL. Dried on raised beds and wet-processed.
